Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, IT sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain technology services in a simple manner.
- Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of websites, software, digital marketing, or IT services is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, email, networking, and other channels.
- Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Contact prospects and introduce Zippy Digital Solution's services.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the development and marketing teams to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Explore new markets and opportunities for technology and digital services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
