Full Time BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in SAFI EQUIPMENT & SERVICES PTE LTD Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and develop new opportunities in the fire protection systems and fire safety industry. The role will focus on identifying new projects, developing relationships with consultants, contractors, developers ,building owners, and end users, and growing sales of fire protection solutions.

KeyResponsibilities

Ø Identify and develop new business and sales opportunities for fire protection systems, products, projects, and related fire protection equipment.

Ø Prepare and coordinate quotations, tenders, proposals and cost estimates.

Ø Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contract conditions with customers.

Ø Achieve assigned sales, revenue and business development targets.

Ø Monitor competitors, market pricing, industry developments and changes in fire safety requirements.

Ø Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business, maintenance contracts and additional works.

Ø Attend site meetings, client meetings and site surveys to understand and propose suitable fire protection solutions.

Requirement

Ø Diploma or Degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Business or a related discipline.

Ø Minimum five (5) years of relevant sales/business development experience, preferably in the fire protection industry.

Ø Experience in preparing quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.

Ø Strong knowledge and experience in fire protection systems.

Ø Familiarity with SCDF Fire Code, relevant Singapore Standards/Codes of Practice and fire safety requirements is highly advantageous.

Ø Able to understand technical specifications, tender documents, drawings and BOQ.

Ø Existing network with main contractors, M&E contractors, consultants, developers, building owners and/or facility management companies is highly advantageous.

Ø Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Ø Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
