Role Overview

Join us as a Private Credit Intern and gain hands-on exposure across both fund operations and client solutions. This is an opportunity to see how private credit works behind the scenes. You’ll work across fund operations, reporting and compliance, with opportunities to contribute to investor communications, marketing and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain practical exposure to fund operations, including NAV preparation, subscription and redemption processing, and compliance checks.
• Maintain and track loan, repayment and investor subscription records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with banks, auditors and external service providers to support smooth day-to-day fund operations.
• Assist in creating engaging pitch decks, factsheets, presentations and communications for prospective and existing investors.
• Support the planning and execution of client events, marketing initiatives and investor communications.
• Turn ideas into content for LinkedIn, newsletters and other marketing channels.
• Keep our CRM and client information organised, updated and ready for the team to use.
• Support loan documentation and credit processing, gaining hands-on exposure to the progress of lending transactions.
• Participate in client discussions and meetings, gaining exposure to different businesses and understanding their financing needs.
• Assist in preparing management reports and portfolio updates, developing an understanding of portfolio performance and business priorities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related field.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills, with an ability to work well with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office. Experience with Canva, Salesforce CRM or digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
• Curious about private credit, financial services, client engagement and business operations, with a willingness to learn.
• Creative, adaptable and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
