Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Assist in conducting ESG and sustainability research aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Design and execute ESG strategies that integrate sustainability into core business operations.
- Support data collection, analysis, and contribute to sustainability reporting for ESG metrics and performance indicators
- Contribute to the preparation of sustainability or ESG reports in line with recognized frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, SBTi)
- Participate in ESG-related projects, including carbon footprint tracking, waste reduction, and energy efficiency initiatives
- Monitor environmental regulations, labor laws, and ethical standards to mitigate risks.
- Drive projects related to reducing carbon emissions, waste management, and improving workplace diversity and safety.
- Assist in developing ESG policies, procedures, and awareness materials
- Monitor ESG trends, benchmarking, and emerging regulatory developments etc.
- Support the development and implementation of the ESG framework, contribute to sustainability reporting and conduct climate impact assessments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and corporate responsibility
- Good analytical, research, and data management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
