• Assist in managing daily operational activities.
• Coordinate tasks between different departments.
• Monitor and follow up on pending operational matters.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Perform data entry into Excel or company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Drivers.
• Follow up on orders and delivery status.
• Maintain proper sales and delivery records.
• Monitor stock records and stock movements.
• Assist with stock counting and checking.
• Update inventory records.
• Report stock discrepancies.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour
