Job Summary
ACN International is hiring Assembly Technicians for hands-on production roles at Tai Seng. You will perform precise assembly tasks in a cleanroom, support quality inspections, handle materials, and maintain accurate records to meet programme standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and support production tasks within a cleanroom environment to ensure product quality
- Handle materials and replenish production lines to maintain continuous workflow
- Support quality inspection processes by preparing and organizing materials and products
- Pack finished products according to programme specifications to ensure safe delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with programme requirements
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE consistently to maintain a safe work environment
- Communicate task queries and issues promptly to supervisors to resolve production challenges
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments to support precision work
- Ability to perform structured, repetitive tasks with attention to detail and consistency
- Punctuality, reliability, and strong process orientation to meet production schedules
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain documentation integrity
