Overview
Drive Quill Learning’s growth in the Asia market by identifying, building and nurturing strategic relationships with schools, corporate training departments and educational institutions. This role is primarily focused on business development — market research, partnership building and relationship management — with a smaller, supporting element of direct sales execution to help convert opportunities into signed agreements. The ideal candidate combines strong local market knowledge with the ability to represent Quill Learning’s learning solutions to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across schools, corporate training departments, and educational institutions in Asia.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders across the Asia market.
- Conduct market research on the local education and corporate training landscape, sharing insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Represent Quill Learning at industry events, conferences and networking sessions to expand the company’s network and brand presence.
- Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities with local institutions, government education bodies, and training providers that extend Quill Learning’s reach in the region.
- Support the development of go-to-market and regional growth plans in conjunction with the Head of Business & Commercial Operations.
Client & Relationship Management
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Quill Learning’s platform and offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the partnership journey.
- Gather ongoing client and market feedback, and channel it to the relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Support the conversion of qualified opportunities into signed agreements, working alongside the Head of Business & Commercial Operations on proposals and negotiations where required.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipeline, and stakeholder interactions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to regional growth targets, with success measured primarily on partnerships developed and pipeline generated.
