Full Time Human Resources Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Mechanize Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Human Resources Executive to manage daily HR operations and support employee development at Mechanize.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll and administer statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leave and probation tracking.
• Coordinate employee KPI assessments and performance reviews with department supervisors.
• Handle employee enquiries, employee relations and disciplinary documentation.
• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook in line with applicable employment requirements.
• Plan and coordinate staff training, employee development programmes, company events and engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, letters and internal communications.
• Support management and department supervisors on HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, including payroll and recruitment.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment requirements and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
