The Role

Aid is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help grow our online presence across search, social media, and digital campaigns.

You will work on real projects in architectural acoustics, interior design, and building materials, supporting initiatives that improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data, and experimentation.

What You’ll Work On

Digital Campaigns & Content

• Support digital campaigns across social media, email, and web
• Create and adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs, and landing pages
• Assist with campaign planning, scheduling, and execution
• Work with creative and commercial teams to develop marketing materials

SEO & Website Growth

• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Support on-page SEO across product and project pages
• Assist with content optimisation, internal linking, metadata, and image optimisation
• Identify opportunities to improve organic search visibility and website performance

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor website traffic, engagement, keyword rankings, and campaign performance
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to track results
• Prepare simple reports and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support testing and optimisation across campaigns, content, and digital channels

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Interest in digital marketing, content, analytics, and online growth
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
• Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good written English and basic commercial awareness

Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is an advantage.

Students or graduates from Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Analytics, or related disciplines are welcome to apply.

Compensation

S$1,000–S$1,400/month

Final compensation will depend on education level, experience, and suitability for the role.
