PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan.
We offer a huge variety of hair and beauty services for our clients such as facial and TCM treatments.
We are looking for Full Time ADMINISTRATION MANAGER.
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily office and administrative operations of a company. They ensure smooth business operations, manage office staff, coordinate departments, and maintain company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities·
Prepare reports, filings, schedules, HR matter, Budgets, Recruitment, answering phone/email & company records
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Support management with operational and administrative tasks plus other ad-hoc tasks assigned
REQUIREMNT
1. Professional Certificate in Business administration or equivalent.
2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience with leadership skills.
3. Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Able to multi-task, problem solving and meet deadlines.
