Job Description
Responsibilities
Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in interior design, renovation, and design-and-build services for residential and commercial projects. The company is also a BCA Grade A1 Main Contractor, delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery
Review construction drawings, technical submissions, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Manage subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues
Monitor project progress, documentation, QA/QC, and construction schedules
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and support project cost and contract administration
Requirements
Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of structural, architectural, or M&E works will be an advantage
