Responsibilities
Position Summary
Axiom Developer to drive the design and execution ofRegulatory Reporting solutions, Liquidity and Capital Reporting solutions forAPAC Jurisdictions. This role is accountable for improving engineeringproductivity of the Axiom dev team, enforcing governance frameworks, deliveringquality data and reports used for regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Provide guidance to the team on best practices in design and implementation of Axiom solutions, SDLC standards, Agile methodologies, CI/CD automation, and modern engineering principles.
Partner with technology managers, engineering teams, and platform owners to identify and eliminate delivery bottlenecks.
Monitor, analyze, and fine tune reporting batch performance metrics.
L3 Support for Production issues
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Banking and Finance or related discipline
10+ years of experience in Axiom Controller View platform, solution implementation, and delivery for regulatory, liquidity and capital reporting
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software engineering, and data management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
