Requirements

1. Willing to work in Setia Alam area and posses own transport.
2. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Videography, Film Production, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Creative Media or any relevant field.
3. Preferably 3–5 years of working experience in videography, video editing, content creation, social media content or related fields.
4. Candidates with experience in producing high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube will be given preference.
5. Experience in product, lifestyle, parenting, educational, event or e-commerce content will be an added advantage.

Main Job & Responsibilities

1. To plan and manage content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.
2. To plan, shoot and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content, including product videos, advertisements, testimonials, educational content, event coverage, interviews, podcasts and social media content.
3. To develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, hooks, content angles and calls-to-action for campaigns and digital content.
4. To identify suitable content pillars, formats and storytelling approaches based on the company’s target audience and marketing objectives.
5. To monitor current social media trends, viral content, competitor activities, audience behaviour and emerging content formats relevant to the company.
6. To create and produce content using AI tools, including AI-generated videos, visuals, animation, voice-over and other AI-assisted content.
7. To cover company campaigns, product launches, events, collaborations, roadshows and other marketing activities when required.
