Responsibilities
Job Summary
Deliver part-time lectures to full-time students in hospitality and tourism management, focusing on hospitality technology, data analytics, and operational systems.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures on hospitality technology, sales and marketing, project management, MICE, human resource management, and analytics to enhance student learning outcomes
Design and update lesson plans, lecture materials, and practical exercises integrating Property Management Systems (PMS), hospitality analytics, and relevant industry tools
Develop and administer quizzes, examinations, practical tasks, and project briefs aligned with course learning objectives
Grade student assignments and projects promptly, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and industry readiness
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Technology, or equivalent
Demonstrated teaching experience in tertiary or vocational education environments
Proven industry experience in hospitality technology, operations, or management
Engagement Parameters
Typically in blocks of 3 hours at an hourly rate to-be-determined
Initial engagements may be 1-3 days per week
Additional roles of second-marking may be compensated separately
