Job Responsibilities
Supervise cleaning crew for daily, ad-hoc and periodic cleaning jobs.
Assign duties and coordinate manpower across different sites.
Perform hands-on cleaning and maintain hygiene standards.
Operate floor machines, carpet extractors and high-pressure washers.
Monitor cleaning quality and ensure service standards are met.
Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper safety and cleaning procedures are followed.
Drive company vehicle to various locations islandwide.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Valid
Class 3/3A driving licence
.
Cleaning experience preferred.
Experience supervising or leading a small team is an advantage.
Good understanding of cleaning standards and safety practices.
Responsible, reliable and service-oriented.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to perform hands-on cleaning duties.
