Medical Doctor in Aesthetic Medicine (Looking for someone to helm a new outlet)

Job Summary

Provide expert consultation and deliver advanced medical aesthetic treatments, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care and uphold professional standards in a quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate medical aesthetic treatments
• Perform medical aesthetic procedures including Lasers, Lifting treatments, Injectables, Mole and Lesion removal to achieve desired patient outcomes
• Develop and manage personalized patient treatment plans, including post-procedural follow-ups and consultations
• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries to enhance patient satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate closely with the in-clinic team to deliver a seamless and holistic patient experience
• Maintain high standards of medical expertise and professionalism in all clinical activities
• Participate actively in courses, training, and workshops to stay current with emerging aesthetic medicine techniques and innovations
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build patient trust
• Commit to continuous learning and long-term growth within the aesthetic medicine field

Required competencies and certifications

• Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Full Registration
• Medical Degree recognized by Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH)
• Certificate of Competence (COC) for Aesthetic Procedures such as Light Therapy, Filler, Botox, Peel, etc.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical aesthetic practice
• Passion for wellness and procedural-based aesthetic medicine

Other Information

• Renumeration: Full-time position with Basic Salary Range + Attractive Incentives from $18K to $30K, depending on experience
