Full Time Store Supervisor (MINISO Langkawi) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in MINISO WINKY (M) SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards.
• Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs.
• Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retails Area Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
