Job Description

OXKIDS Learning Centre is looking for passionate and experienced English Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the Singapore MOE syllabus and capable of preparing students for PSLE and O-Level examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons for Primary and Secondary students (PSLE & O-Level focus)
• Conduct lessons fully in English in alignment with Singapore education standards
• Prepare and customise teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments
• Monitor and track students’ academic progress
• Provide constructive feedback and communicate effectively with parents
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and productive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning abilities and styles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above (Education, English, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (tuition centre or school setting)
• Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus, PSLE and O-Level examination formats
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Passionate, patient, and committed to student development
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SGD $3,500 – $8,500 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Additional compensation provided for weekend work if required
