S Aurora Foods Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a responsible, hands-on, and results-driven Operations Manager (Retail) to oversee our daily retail operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
• Leading, supervising, and managing store employees
• Preparing staff rosters and ensuring adequate manpower
• Monitoring sales performance and driving achievement of sales targets
• Managing inventory, stock receiving, replenishment, stock counts, and stock discrepancies
• Monitoring product expiry, damaged goods, and stock losses
• Ensuring proper handling and reconciliation of daily cash collections
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Ensuring store cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and operational readiness
• Monitoring compliance with Company SOPs and operational procedures
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Coordinating with HR, Finance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments
• Identifying operational problems and implementing improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in retail, supermarket, FMCG, food, or related operations
• Has at least 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Has previous experience in supervising or managing a team
• Strong in leadership and people management
• Good in stock and inventory management
• Comfortable handling sales reports and operational data
• Good in communication and problem-solving
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays according to the retail operating schedule

ADDED ADVANTAGE

Experience in:

• Supermarket / mini market operations
• FMCG or food retail
• Inventory & stock management
• POS / inventory management systems
• Staff scheduling and manpower planning
• Cash handling and daily sales reconciliation
