Responsibilities
- Sourcing and negotiating quotation of material.
- Quantity taking off and cost estimation for quotation and/or tender.
- Preparing and submission of progress claims and variation orders.
- Evaluate and certifying of sub-contractor’s claims.
- Measure work done on site (if necessary)
- Finalization and closing out of project accounts.
- Follow up quotation with Main Contractor and/or Suppliers.
- Prepare LOA to sub-contractor.
- Preparing safety documentation for submission.
- Summarizing project defects to site supervisor.
- Follow up and comparing monthly payment response.
