Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Senior HR & GA Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, HR policies, and payroll compliance.
• Advise management on employee relations matters and support workplace issue resolution.
• Drive recruitment activities and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Administer and improve HR policies, practices, and procedures continuously.
• Support payroll administration, including statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and facilitate employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with external consultants on specialized HR matters.
• Oversee General Affairs operations and drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage office vendors, service providers, and contractual arrangements.
• Coordinate workplace safety and facilities matters.
• Lead or support HR and GA-related projects and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and flexible mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
