Full Time 4-6 Months Billing Analyst, Tampines Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in HUDSON RPO (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
• Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
• Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
• Set up and review new business/ renewal policies in core system
• Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence check
• Participate in projects that involves improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure service level commitments are met.
• Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues
• Communicate with agents via conference calls where required (Top producers/ complex accounts, etc)
• Attend to email enquiries promptly
• Any other projects assigned.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma holder with minimum 2 years operations experience.
• Fast and Meticulous
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Relationship management skills
• Process oriented
