Full Time Warehouse Outbound Assistant Jobs, in Panda Eyes Selangor - Maukerja

1. Retail Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Oversee and process daily orders from all retail branches, ensuring 100% accuracy from picking to dispatch.
• Manage the outbound team to ensure all daily quotas are met and goods are packed securely for transit.

2. Data-Driven Replenishment

• Pull and analyze Retail Store Sales Reports to identify fast-moving items and stock gaps.
• Prepare and execute replenishment orders based on sales velocity to ensure optimal stock levels at every location.

3. New Stock Allocation

• Strategize and execute the allocation of new arrivals across all retail stores.
• Balance stock distribution based on store size, historical performance, and regional demand.

4. Interstate Logistics Coordination

• Plan and manage outbound orders for out-of-state retail stores, ensuring all documentation (DOs, TRNs) is prepared.
• Align dispatch schedules with third-party logistics (3PL) or internal fleet schedules to meet delivery windows.

5. Team Leadership & Quality Control

• Supervise the outbound floor team to ensure orders are delivered efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct final checks to ensure physical cartons match the Transfer Notes and Delivery Orders.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in handling order processing (Marketplace or Retail Outbound).
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with sales data and inventory reports (Excel proficiency is a must).
• Leadership: Ability to lead a small team in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• Operational Planning: Strong ability to coordinate with drivers and logistics partners to optimize delivery timing.
• Attention to Detail: Zero-tolerance for shipping errors; ensuring the right store gets the right stock every time.
