We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing & Brand Lead to drive regional marketing strategy, brand initiatives, customer acquisition and engagement across multiple APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing & brand strategy across multiple markets

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and growth through integrated campaigns

• Develop and execute multi-market marketing programmes

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior regional and local stakeholders

• Establish marketing playbooks, frameworks, guidelines and best practices

• Analyse customer needs, market trends, competitors and business performance

• Lead campaigns from strategy & concept through execution and optimisation

• Manage creative/media agencies, external partners and regional budgets

• Define KPIs and evaluate campaign performance, ROI and marketing effectiveness

Ideal Candidate

8–10 years of experience in Marketing / Brand Management / Integrated Marketing

Regional or multi-market APAC marketing experience

Background in Banking, Cards, Payments or Digital Banking preferred

Strong experience in brand, digital marketing, media and customer engagement

Proven agency and campaign management experience

Strong strategic, commercial and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate customer insights and business priorities into measurable marketing outcomes

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
