Full Time Assistant Manager Technical Development - API - Pharmaceutical MNC - West Jobs, in Integrity - Maukerja

We are looking for a qualified candidate to provide technical and operational support for pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring safe, compliant and stable production while driving process improvements and supporting the successful transfer and introduction of new API

Responsibilities:

• Set and drive departmental objectives in line with overall business priorities.
• Provide technical oversight for manufacturing activities, documentation and technology transfer, ensuring regulatory and cGMP compliance.
• Support process chemistry and production activities to ensure safe, stable and efficient manufacturing.
• Work closely with Japan-based R&D and internal stakeholders on new product transfers, process improvements and production planning.
• Provide technical input on key raw material procurement and collaborate with relevant internal and external parties as required.

Requirements:

• Process knowledge about pharmaceutical intermediates and relevant technical transfer processes.
• About 5 years of experience as a senior researcher or senior process chemist/engineer for pharmaceutical intermediates.
• Background degree in Chemistry or equivalent (major in organic synthesis is preferred).
• “Hands on” attitude with a high level of initiative and drive
