About The Role

  • Are you a strategic relationship-builder who can turn campaign data, client priorities and operational challenges into stronger business performance? We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to manage key client relationships and help drive the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of our campaigns in the US. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between clients, sales teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are aligned, compliant and operating effectively. You’ll review performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and work closely with stakeholders to develop practical strategies that increase productivity and strengthen campaign outcomes. You’ll also oversee reporting, financial and compliance considerations, operational guidelines and campaign priorities, while helping teams stay focused on the numbers and actions that matter most. Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact between clients, sales teams, management and internal teams.
  • Translate client objectives into clear strategies and actions, ensuring priorities, expectations and operational requirements are aligned.
  • Develop and optimise campaign strategies to improve sales productivity, efficiency and overall campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign, sales, demographic and market data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and growth opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients, sales teams and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee financial and commercial performance, including sales figures, campaign costs, contracts, payment structures and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage compliance and risk, ensuring campaigns follow relevant laws, regulations, company policies and operational requirements.
  • Lead reporting and campaign administration, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Coordinate teams, resources and operational priorities, ensuring teams are aligned with campaign requirements, processes and performance objectives.
  • Implement robust reporting systems to provide regular feedback, track campaign progress, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through process optimisation, innovation, team development and proactive problem-solving.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline./li>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, business development, sales operations or a related role.
  • Experience analysing campaign or sales performance and translating data into actionable recommendations./li>
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales, marketing or customer acquisition environment is preferred.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team is an added advantage.
  • Commercially minded and focused on delivering strong outcomes for clients and the business.
  • Demonstrates sound judgement, integrity and accountability.
