Customer Service Executive | Techno Mech (M) Sdn Bhd

Goodwill Square (M) Sdn Bhd is a recruitment and workforce management company supporting businesses across Malaysia with talent acquisition, workforce deployment, payroll coordination, and workforce management solutions.

We are currently hiring Customer Service Executives on behalf of our client, Techno Mech (M) Sdn Bhd, for their customer service operations in Petaling Jaya.

Position: Customer Service Executive

Job Highlights

• Basic salary: Up to RM2,300/month
• RM300 KPI Performance Allowance
• Potential earnings of up to RM3,300/month including OT
• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational rest days
• Rotational morning & night shifts
• Work From Office (WFO)
• Location: Petaling Jaya, approximately 5 minutes from LRT Taman Jaya
• 3 weeks paid training

• Expected joining date: 15 September 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through the company’s customer service channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional manner.
• Respond to customer concerns and follow up on issues where required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries or service-related matters.
• Follow established customer service procedures, quality standards and company guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Malaysian
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24-hour operational environment.
• Willing to work rotational morning and night shifts, including rotational rest days.
• Able to work from the Petaling Jaya office.
• Able to commence work on 15 September 2026.
