Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive with hands-on experience in System Integration (SI) solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing end-to-end project activities, and is committed to delivering high-quality solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and executing system integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare project survey, quotation, documentation, including proposals, schedules, risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
  • Support project planning, workflow coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and implementation activities to ensure system reliability and compliance with standards.
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines, highlighting any risks or deviations early.
  • Attend site meetings, conduct site assessments, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide technical support during project deployment and post-implementation stages.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and customer stakeholders to align expectations.
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, IT/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in system integration, project coordination, or engineering support roles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of integrated systems such as automation, IoT, low-voltage systems, or industrial solutions.
  • Good knowledge of project scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.
  • Able to read technical drawings, schematics, or wiring diagrams (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 license.
