Full Time Site Engineer (Civil) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Cosby Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of site activities.
• Supervise daily construction works to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel on technical and construction matters.
• Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies, clashes or technical issues to the Project Manager and consultants.
• Monitor work progress and ensure construction activities are carried out according to the approved project programme.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, QP, RTO and relevant authorities where required.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, RFAs, RFIs, material submissions, method statements and other required project documentation.
• Monitor subcontractors' manpower, materials, equipment and work progress.
• Ensure subcontractors follow approved construction methods, safety requirements and site procedures.
• Assist in planning work sequences, site logistics, access arrangements and construction activities.
• Coordinate structural, architectural and M&E works to minimise clashes and delays.
• Check setting-out, dimensions, levels and locations before commencement of works.
• Maintain proper site records, including daily progress reports, inspection records, photographs and work completion records.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor delivery and usage of construction materials and ensure materials are properly stored and protected.
• Coordinate rectification of defects and outstanding works.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, authority inspections and handover activities.
• Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety and Health requirements and company safety procedures.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, construction issues, delays or non-conforming works to the Project Manager.
• Attend project, coordination, technical and site meetings when required.
• Perform any other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
