Job Responsibilities 

• Manage and follow up on patient feedback, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively

• Work with different teams to identify service gaps and support improvements to the overall patient experience

• Coordinate service excellence projects, programmes and events

• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and support focus group discussions

• Analyse feedback trends and identify areas for improvement

• Assist with creating and maintaining data dashboards to track service satisfaction and feedback

• Prepare insights and reports for hospital committees and workgroups

• Support initiatives that strengthen the organisation's service culture and patient engagement

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Enjoys working with people and communicating with different stakeholders

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Is comfortable handling feedback and resolving service-related issues

• Can analyse information and turn feedback into practical improvement ideas

• Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects

• Has an interest in customer experience, healthcare, service excellence or quality improvement
