Job Description

Yani Bakhtiar is seeking friendly, customer-oriented Sales Promoters to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with customers and presenting products with confidence.

The successful candidate will be based at Parkson One Utama or Parkson Hextar World. This is a part-time position requiring 4 working days per week.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting shoppers
• Promote products confidently while maintaining a positive brand image
• Develop strong product knowledge to clearly explain features and benefits
• Identify and understand customer needs, interests, and preferences
• Recommend suitable products based on what customers are looking for
• Maintain a clean, well-presented outlet through regular upkeep
• Conduct inventory checks and prepare daily sales reports
• Keep product pricing accurate and consistently updated

Requirements

• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and standard retail hours
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia
• English proficiency is a plus
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, people-focused personality
• Skilled in handling and displaying products
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
