Requirements

• Minimum certificate in electrical, Chargeman, A0, A1, A4, B0 (11KV)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure M&E system are functioning in good condition as follows :

-Air condition sufficiently cool (22-24 degrees celcius)

-Electrical switch board inclusive of tripping

-Alarm system

-CCTV system

-Fire fighting system ie sprinkler, smoke detector, hose reel, fire extinguishe

-PA system o Escalator/travellator, lift

-Plumbing inclusive drainage system

• Carries out preventive maintenance work based on preventive maintenance checklist.
• Monitors and undertakes monthly and yearly preventive maintenance work. Checks wiring materials and equipment, troubleshoots for electrical faults and fixes detected faults regularly.
• Ensures contractors adhere to the company’s work guidelines and policies in carrying out maintenance and renovation works.
• Liase with contractors for servicing and repair and communicates the same to Store Manager and HQ Maintenance.
• Carry out repairs and aesthetic works.
• Documents all work done by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Ensure all facilities and amenities are in good working condition and properly maintained.
• Manage inventory of bulbs and accessories.
• Read and record all meters and inform Store Accounts/HQ maintenance for debiting purposes.  Performing operatonal duties when required.
• Assisting in the compliance to all statutory requirements eg OSHA, Privacy Act, etc.
• Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
• Keeps safe store’s electrical drawings.
• Any other task as and when assigned by the management.The responsibilities outlined above cannot totally encompass or define all tasks, which may be required of the post holder. Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
