A leading global tech services company is hiring a Business Development Executive to own new business across their Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio in Malaysia, M365, Copilot/AI, and Security (Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Entra ID).

If you're closing deals in the Microsoft ecosystem right now, this is your moment: Copilot adoption is exploding, budgets are opening up, and you'd be selling into that wave with a full enterprise portfolio behind you.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem
• Positioning and selling a portfolio that spans Modern Workplace, Copilot/AI, and Security — not siloed, but as a connected story for the client
• Building and owning your own pipeline, with real accountability for closing, not just generating activity
• Partnering closely with technical and presales teams to shape proposals that actually land
• Representing the company in front of enterprise clients — meetings, demos, industry events, the full commercial cycle

What you bring:

• ~5–10 years of experience selling into the Microsoft ecosystem — M365, Security, Copilot/AI, or a close adjacent
• You don't need to be a deep technical expert in all three domains, but you know how to position and sell the full portfolio credibly
• A proven, demonstrable track record of closing — not just building pipeline that never converts
• Strong communication skills, equally comfortable in the room with IT leaders and business decision-makers
