Job Summary
This role focuses on sales and business development of medical products related to vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and cardiology, supporting clinical cases and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted business growth
Provide clinical case support in operating theatres and radiology labs within assigned accounts
Manage product usage billing and consignment inventory effectively in the field
Conduct sales meetings with target customers to drive sales and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback to enhance product quality and service delivery
Prepare accurate personal sales forecasts and deliver timely business reports to internal stakeholders
Represent the company at medical conferences and workshops as required
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum Diploma in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven sales success with at least 2 years of experience in medical device sales
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Positive working attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges
Passion for customer service demonstrated through success in customer-facing roles
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills applied to sales and client support
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers at all levels
