Responsibilities
- Manage meter billing operations by accurately recording meter readings, processing e-invoices, and submitting billing information through customer portals in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy, compliance, and smooth customer account management.
- Provide customer support by addressing printer usage tracking inquiries, billing-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through prompt and effective resolution.
