Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew member to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team on a part-time basis. Job Description

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area, including tables, service stations, and front-of-house facilities

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude


Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent; prior F&B experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with schedules arranged to support work-life balance

• Food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain relevant certification; physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle moderate workloads
