Job Description

Responsibilities

Company Description MantraCare is transforming healthcare through AI-powered therapy, chronic care, and holistic wellness solutions designed for employers, insurers, and healthcare systems. The organization operates a global, AI-first, expert-supported ecosystem that spans mental health, diabetes, musculoskeletal health, nutrition, and telehealth. Its hybrid model uses AI for triage and therapy, escalating care to a network of more than 51,000 licensed experts when needed. This integrated platform delivers comprehensive, end-to-end care while improving health outcomes, engagement, and access. MantraCare’s approach also helps partners achieve significant cost savings without compromising quality of care.
Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for Medical Doctors supporting MantraCare’s AI-driven, hybrid care ecosystem. In this position, medical professionals will provide telehealth consultations, clinical assessments, and ongoing management for patients across chronic conditions and general health needs. They will review AI-generated insights and care plans, validate recommendations, and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting encounters in digital systems, coordinating with mental health, nutrition, and MSK experts, and ensuring evidence-based, guideline-aligned care. Medical Doctors will also contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols, participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, and support patient education and engagement in a virtual-care setting.
Qualifications
  • Clinical expertise: Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent), active medical license, and experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or relevant specialty.
  • Telehealth and digital care skills: Proficiency in remote consultations, electronic medical records, and comfortable working with AI-driven tools and digital health platforms.
  • Patient care and communication: Strong clinical judgment, clear written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex medical information in accessible language, and a patient-centered approach.
  • Collaborative practice: Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with mental health, nutrition, and other specialists, and ability to coordinate care across different disciplines.
  • Regulatory and quality: Knowledge of clinical guidelines, data privacy and telehealth regulations, and commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications: Board certification in a relevant specialty, prior experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, MSK), mental health integration, or occupational health; familiarity with employer or insurer-based health programs; and comfort working in a fast-paced, global remote environment.
