Full Time Drafter cum BIM Modeller Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,800 in W'RAY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Prepare all drafting works as directed

Receive, file all incoming drawings

Receipt, distribute, record, and file all drawings

Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties

Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors

Supersede and updated the current revision status

Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion

Coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings

Creating construction drawings and documents using CAD/Revit Software

Creates and modifies 3D model using BIM Software, Revit/Sketch/Autocad.

Highlight all clashing services by using Navisworks software 

Ability to analyze data and situation and come up with creative solutions.

Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.

Any other duties assigned
