Responsibilities
Manage accounting records accurately to support financial operations and reporting
Input Hire Purchase details into accounting systems to maintain up-to-date financial data
Update accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), profit and loss (P&L), and balance sheet (BS) records to reflect current financial status
Maintain proper and organized accounting documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Utilize Xero Accounting Software to process and reconcile financial transactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Position open for Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and LVVT holders
