we are fran, a new retail concept launching in singapore, built around product discovery, thoughtful curation and a store people genuinely enjoy spending time in. we believe the customer is a friend, not a transaction, so there's no selling pressure, just a space you'd want to bring a friend to. we are looking for friendly and hands-on brand ambassadors, on a full-time or part-time basis, to join our first store team.

this is a customer-facing role for anyone who enjoys people, products and a fast-moving retail environment. you will be the first face customers see in store, help them discover products that suit them and keep the floor running smoothly day to day. full-timers will also help set the standard on the floor and step up to guide the team when needed.

what you'll do

customer experience

• welcome every customer warmly and make the store a place people enjoy visiting.
• help customers discover products that suit their needs, without the hard sell.
• handle questions and feedback with care and professionalism.

product knowledge

• build a solid understanding of the benefits and usage of products across our range.
• recommend products confidently when a customer needs guidance.
• stay up to date on new launches and emerging trends in the category.

store operations

• support stock replenishment, stock counts and store opening and closing.
• maintain cleanliness, hygiene and display standards across the store.
• process transactions accurately, including cash handling.
• maintain product displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines, and support in-store campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• for full-timers, cover basic floor supervision and step up as floor lead when needed.

• someone curious about products and trends, who enjoys discovering what's new and is keen to keep learning.
• friendly, upbeat and resilient, with the energy to keep good vibes going through a busy shift.
• an ownership mindset and a willingness to treat the store like your own.
• comfortable using pos and store systems. a content creation instinct is a strong plus.
• students, fresh graduates and those new to retail or moving over from other retail categories are all welcome.
• available for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. full-timers work a 5-day week, while part-timers work flexible shifts.
• open to singapore citizens and permanent residents only.
