Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Life Insurance Part Time Agent. The agent will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct needs-based assessments, and present suitable life insurance products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, scheduling and conducting consultations (online or by phone), explaining policy features, preparing proposals, and assisting clients through application and underwriting processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following up on policy renewals, and collaborating with the agency team to meet sales and service goals while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to identify client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Candidates should possess Insurance and Finance knowledge to explain policy benefits, coverage options, and financial implications clearly.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing support to policyholders.
• Relevant certifications or licensing in life insurance, as required by local regulations, are highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfort with digital tools for online meetings, CRM systems, and electronic documentation; prior sales or financial services experience is a plus.
