Job Purpose

To lead and manage Finance functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, offboarding, and financial operations. Ensure employees are competent and aligned with company standards while driving financial performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and regulatory requirements.

Finance

· Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

· Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and financial performance indicators.

· Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to optimize the company's financial performance and profitability.

· Monitor and analyze financial trends, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

· Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, department heads, and project teams.

· Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient allocation of resources.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.

· Lead the evaluation, implementation, and improvement of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

· Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and pricing strategies.

· Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support business decision-making processes.

· Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial operations.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to optimize processes and ensure compliance.

Accountability

· Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of employee records.

· Responsible for ensuring all hiring and training activities align with ISO 9001:2015 clauses on competence, awareness, and communication.

· Ensure timely and compliant execution of onboarding and offboarding processes.

· Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

· Maintain operational efficiency and cost control across HR, Finance, and Office Management functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

· Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and financial management.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and HR systems (e.g., HR.My).

· Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.

· Excellent understanding of financial and office management systems, software, and tools.

· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage confidential information and maintain accurate records.

· Experience in office administration and vendor coordination is an advantage.
