We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support daily retail operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide a professional and positive in-store experience.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Develop strong knowledge of the brand, products, and current collections through provided training.
• Explain product features and information clearly to customers.
• Support the sales process and work towards achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers and provide ongoing customer service.
• Support visual merchandising activities and ensure products are presented according to store guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable retail environment.
• Keep updated on relevant market trends, products, and competitor activities.
• Perform other retail and customer service duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury retail would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with an interest in sales and delivering good service.
• Comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
• Able to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a retail team.
• Willing to work according to the store's operating schedule, including weekends or public holidays where required.
