Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an Ecommerce Fulfillment Business Development specialist. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new ecommerce and retail clients, promoting uParcel’s delivery, warehousing, and fulfillment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demos, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract closure. The role also involves collaborating with operations and product teams to design tailored fulfillment solutions, onboarding new clients to the platform, and monitoring account performance to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. The specialist will analyze market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to business development strategies that drive growth in ecommerce fulfillment services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and E-Commerce skills to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and grow ecommerce fulfillment partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, conduct presentations, and support clients throughout the onboarding and account management process.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate account performance, and recommend improvements to fulfillment and delivery workflows.
• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, warehousing, or fulfillment operations is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, AI tools, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage.
