Full Time Credit Risk Analyst (Traded Credit) Jobs, in CIMB Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fixed income credit proposals, provide analytical support in submissions to the relevant approving authorities and ensure speedy turnaround time. This includes the following: identify pertinent credit related issues; liaise with business units and internal approvers to obtain approvals; handle post-approval work process, including proper maintenance of records.
• Evaluate the credit quality of the Bank's corporate bonds portfolio in various industries and identify pertinent credit & other deal related issues.
• Monitor the fixed income portfolio to ensure any deterioration in the asset quality is properly escalated to the relevant authorities.
• Ensure all applications comply with applicable regulatory framework / guidelines and the Group's policies and procedures.
• Deliver on ad-hoc assignments beyond core responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

• Possess professional qualifications such as ACCA (or its equivalent), Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (Certified Credit Executive, Bank Business Credit Practice, Competency Validation Assessment) or OMEGA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bloomberg skills is an added advantage.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time-sensitive requests effectively.
• Possess strong accounting / financial analytical and credit evaluation skills, has financial modeling skills, good business writing & presentation skills and good understanding of the corporate banking & wholesale banking products.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate / investment banking or other related fields.
