Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and shipment arrangements
- Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments
- Prepare and manage shipping documents
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Handle customer issues and follow up on resolutions
- Maintain accurate shipment records and data
- Support sales and marketing activities when required
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or related fields
- Good understanding of import and export processes
- Experience with air or sea freight
- Familiar with Incoterms
