Responsibilities
ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT)
Location: 10 Minutes walk from MRT KAKI BUKIT
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,700 + Benefits
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of semiconductor equipment, modules, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions
Interpret and follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical documents
Install mechanical components including frames, panels, brackets, covers, fixtures, and hardware parts
Requirements
Minimum qualification of NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines
Experience in semiconductor equipment assembly, precision machinery, industrial equipment, automation systems, or system integration will be advantageous
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical work instructions.
