Full Time Performance Marketing Specialist Jobs, in Technihub IEA Solutions - Maukerja

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display), LinkedIn and TikTok
• Own the full funnel: audience strategy, creative testing, landing page recommendations, retargeting and conversion tracking
• Set up and audit tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the TikTok Pixel
• Manage budgets and bids across multiple client accounts, with clear targets for ROAS, CPA and CPL
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and placements, then scale what works
• Brief the design and content team on ad creatives based on performance data
• Build clear weekly and monthly client reports that explain what happened, why, and what comes next
• Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes and new ad formats

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven results on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with working experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce or conversion campaigns
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking setup and funnel analytics
