Full Time Cleanroom Operator Jobs, in Ichor Systems Inc. Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Cleanroom Operator to join our Production Team in Malaysia, Shah Alam , and support the assembly and testing of precision equipment for the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will be working in a cleanroom environment, ensuring all manufacturing activities meet quality, safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain valuable semiconductor manufacturing experience. This is a 12-hour day/night shift with flexibility to support overtime and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, repair assembly’s product and components by following work orders, engineering drawings, standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform manufacturing processes such as bending, tacking, welding, tweaking, leak testing, and component assembly in accordance with approved specifications.

• Verify incoming parts and materials to ensure completeness and inspect for defects before assembly.

• Record production data accurately and complete all required manufacturing documentation.

• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning procedures, contamination control practices, and material handling requirements.

• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements by using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assignment as directed by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• SPM qualification with passes in BM (Bahasa Malaysia), BI (English) and Sejarah; OR SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) Level 3 or equivalent .

• At least 2 years of manufacturing operator experience or relevance.

• Strong attention to detail to identify product defects and maintain high-quality standards.

• Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods when required.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

• Able to commit to a 12-hour day/night shift , including weekends, and support overtime when required.

• Comfortable in wearing full PPE (coveralls, masks, gloves, goggles, hairnet) throughout the shift in air-conditioned cleanroom manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of welding, assembly processes, and the use of measuring instruments is preferred.

• Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment is preferred.
