Full Time Lecturer cum Head of Programme (Psychology) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Lead programme management, curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
• Ensure compliance with MQA, MOHE, and relevant professional body requirements.
• Deliver lectures, assessments, and supervise students.
• Review and enhance programme and course materials.
• Support research, scholarly activities, and industry engagement.
• Contribute to faculty and university initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Psychology, Counselling, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of teaching and/or programme management experience in higher education.
• Knowledge of MQA standards and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Research and publication experience will be an added advantage.
• Registration with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM) is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
